House Rules & Guest Policies
• Quiet Hours: Outdoor activities and gatherings must end by 10:00 PM. Please move indoors after this time to comply with local noise regulations and avoid police involvement.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. A 2,000 THB fine applies per room for violations.
• Towel Usage: Use towels only for bathing, not for makeup removal or cleaning floors. Stained or damaged towels will incur replacement fees ranging from 300 to 1,000 THB.
• Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed without prior approval. Commercial companions are strictly prohibited.
• Illegal Activities: No illegal drugs or activities are permitted on the premises.
• Fountain Care: The fountain is a decorative mechanical display; please do not place anything inside it.
• Housekeeping: Daily cleaning is provided. Towels are changed every 3 days (guests who book direct with us receive daily towel changes), and bedding is changed every 7 days. Additional linen changes require an extra fee.
• Attire: Please dress appropriately in public or shared areas; nudity is prohibited where visible to neighbors.
